Double alkali method

I. Process Introduction

The double-alkali process and the double-alkali desulfurization process were developed to overcome the disadvantage of lime / limestone flue gas desulfurization which is easy to scale. Sodium-calcium double-alkali method (Na2CO3-Ca (OH) 2) uses soda ash to absorb SO2 and lime to reduce regeneration. After regeneration, the absorption solution is recycled.

Second, characteristics

1.Desulfurization method widely used in small and medium coal-fired boilers

2. Because the liquid is intended to be absorbed, there are no problems such as structural blockage

3. Sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate is used for desulfurization, and the NaOH component is easily obtained after regeneration with CaO. Only a small amount of NaOH solution needs to be added, and it can be reused as a desulfurizer, which greatly reduces the operating cost.

4. The material of the absorption tower can be anti-corrosive carbon steel or high temperature and corrosion resistant granite, which can be used, which greatly reduces the investment and operating costs.

Lime (stone) -gypsum method

I. Process Introduction

The limestone-gypsum flue gas desulfurization process uses a spray tower as an absorption device and cheap and readily available limestone as a desulfurizing agent. The desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 95%. The desulfurized gypsum produced can be used in building materials industries such as cement plants and gypsum board plants. . The limestone-gypsum desulfurization process is widely used and the technology is mature and reliable, which can meet the needs of long-term stable operation of the device.

Features

(1) Integrated desulfurization and dust removal

The flue gas collides with the desulfurization liquid, and through physical and chemical reactions such as absorption and adsorption, the dust and sulfur dioxide in the flue gas are removed at the same time, which meets the requirements of environmental protection emission standards.

(2) Low operating costs

Adopt the design of high-efficiency absorption tower, which has the characteristics of low liquid-gas ratio and low circulation volume, and its desulfurizing agent and power consumption are low.

(3) The system runs stably

The limestone-gypsum method is currently the most widely used and mature technology for desulfurization, and the system runs stably.

(4) High desulfurization efficiency

Adopt the design of high-efficiency absorption tower, its desulfurization efficiency is greater than 95%.

(5) High level of automation

Addition of desulfurization agent, start and stop of electric equipment, PH control of desulfurization liquid, etc. have realized automatic control. Significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators, improves working conditions, and improves the stability of equipment operation

Magnesium oxide method

I. Process Introduction

Magnesium oxide method uses the emulsion produced after aging of magnesium oxide as an absorbent to absorb SO2. Different treatment methods for desulfurized products can be divided into recovery method and discard method. The process of discarding is simple, the operating environment is clean, and there are many applications; the process of recycling is complex, the energy consumption is high, and the cost of recycling is high, but it can realize resource utilization.

Features

1. The magnesium oxide process system is simple to configure, the number of equipment is small, and the initial investment is low.

2. Easy maintenance. The MgSO4 discharged from the system has high solubility in water, so no scaling problem will occur.

3. Because the number of equipment is small, the power consumption is low.

4. Magnesium as a reaction absorbent is easy and safe to operate.

5. The magnesium hydroxide method does not produce icing, and the operation is relatively simple. Moreover, the unit price of the medicine is cheap, the equivalent response, the use amount is small, and the running cost is low.
