Selective non-catalytic reduction (SNCR)

I. Process Introduction

The SNCR method mainly sprays a nitrogen-containing reducing agent (urea, ammonia or liquid ammonia) into the flue gas at a temperature of 850 to 11000C to cause a reduction reaction, remove NOx, and generate nitrogen and water. In a certain temperature range and in the presence of oxygen, the nitrogen-containing reducing agent is selective for the reduction of NOx, and no catalyst is required in the reaction, so it is called selective non-catalytic reduction. The main equipment of the SNCR system adopts a modular design, which is mainly composed of a reducing agent storage and transportation module, a dilution water module, a mixed metering module, and a spray module.

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR)

I. Process Introduction

The SCR denitration process uses a catalyst at a certain temperature (270 ~ 400 ° C) to mix NOx in the flue gas with ammonia from a reducing agent supply system to undergo a selective catalytic reduction reaction to generate nitrogen and water, thereby reducing NOx. Emissions to reduce environmental pollution caused by smoke. The specific reaction equation of the SCR denitration reaction:

The reducing agent used in the SCR reaction process can be liquid ammonia, ammonia (25% NH3) or urea.

The SCR denitration process system can be divided into liquid ammonia storage and transportation system (liquid ammonia is the reducing agent), ammonia gas preparation and supply system, ammonia / air mixing system, ammonia injection system, flue gas system, SCR reactor system and ammonia gas emergency treatment System, etc.

SNCR-SCR combined process

I. Process Introduction

The SNCR / SCR combined process is a joint application of SNCR technology and SCR technology. That is, urea is used as a reducing agent in the high temperature region of 850 to 1100 ° C in the upper part of the furnace. Then it is sprayed into the furnace through a spray gun to achieve NOx removal. The excessively escaped ammonia enters the SCR denitration reactor with a small amount of catalyst after the flue gas enters the furnace to achieve secondary denitration.

The SNCR / SCR hybrid denitration system is mainly composed of reducing agent storage and preparation, transportation, metering and distribution, injection system, flue gas system, SCR denitration catalyst and reactor, and electrical control system.

1.High denitration efficiency, which can reach more than 80%;

2. The reactor is smaller than the SCR, and its space applicability is strong;

3. The resistance of the denitration system is small, the amount of catalyst is small, and the operating cost is low;

4. Low SO2 / SO3 conversion rate and ammonia escape rate;

5. It can be installed step by step to meet environmental protection requirements in different periods and reduce initial investment costs.
