I. Overview

With the rapid development of the paper industry, papermaking wastewater has become one of the important sources of pollution. There are three main types of wastewater produced during the papermaking process: cooking liquor, ie, black liquor produced by alkaline pulping, containing degradation products of lignin and carbohydrates, etc., which are seriously polluted; middle stage wastewater, ie, the liquor is washed after extraction of black liquor Wastewater discharged during the screening and bleaching process. The wastewater produced during the bleaching stage contains chlorophenol, chlorinated fatty acids, chlorinated resin acids and other organic chlorides that are harmful to the environment; white water in paper machines mainly contains fine fibers, fillers and rubber compounds. It is mainly insoluble COD, which has low biochemical properties. It has become the focus of our research to develop new technologies for the treatment of papermaking wastewater, improve the treatment effect, reduce the treatment cost, improve the ecological environment, and achieve clean production and sustainable development.

Second, processing technology

At present, there are many mature and effective processes for the treatment of papermaking wastewater, but from the perspective of both economics and the environment, it is more reasonable for our company to combine wastewater treatment and wastewater reuse based on the characteristics of papermaking production and the characteristics of the wastewater produced. Can better meet the requirements of enterprise production development.

The white water of the paper machine uses a high-efficiency shallow air flotation tank or coagulation sedimentation to remove most of the suspended matter and insoluble COD. The treated water is reused for production. The process is as follows:

The process has the following characteristics:

1. The air retention pond has a short hydraulic retention time of about 30 minutes. The air suspension pond has a small volume and a small footprint; and the SS removal rate is more than 90%, the COD removal rate is 80%, and the scum concentration is 5%;

2. In the biochemical treatment, the wastewater first passes through the hydrolysis and acidification tank, so that most of the hardly degradable substances are decomposed into small molecular substances, creating favorable conditions for subsequent biochemistry;

3. Contact oxidation is a biological treatment device mainly based on the biofilm method and activated sludge method. The oxygen source is provided by a blower, so that the organic matter in the sewage and the biofilm in the pool are fully contacted, and the water quality is obtained by microbial adsorption and degradation Purification

4. The process can realize the recycling of wastewater and has good economic and environmental benefits.


Food industry processing technology

I. Overview

The food industry has a wide range of raw materials, a wide range of products, and the quality of wastewater discharged varies widely. The main pollutants in wastewater are: solid substances floating in the wastewater; oils, proteins, starch, colloids, etc. suspended in the wastewater; sugars, acids, alkalis, salts, etc. dissolved in the wastewater; Mud and animal feces, etc .; possible pathogenic bacteria, etc. The main characteristic of the food industry wastewater is that it has a high content of organic matter and suspended matter, is easy to spoil, and is generally non-toxic. The main pollution hazards of the food industry wastewater make the water body eutrophic, which causes the death of fish and other aquatic animals, and promotes the decomposition of the organic matter accumulated in the bottom of the water under anaerobic conditions, generating odors, deteriorating the water body and polluting the environment.

Except for proper pretreatment according to water quality characteristics, the food industry wastewater should generally be treated by biological methods.

The process has the following characteristics:

1. The hydrolytic acidification tank can be used to decompose the more difficult-to-degrade substances in the wastewater into small molecular substances, which provides better biochemical conditions for subsequent treatment. The two-stage process of hydrolysis and acidification and biological contact oxidation are used to treat food processing wastewater, which can make all indicators such as COD, BOD, SS reach national emission standards;

2. Oxidation ditch can make the mixed liquid of sewage and activated sludge circulate continuously in it, and the hydraulic retention time is up to 10-40h. Under the proper control conditions, the ditch has both aerobic and anoxic areas, so This technology has the characteristics of high purification depth and low impact energy consumption. After the oxidation ditch treatment, the effluent water quality is good. In general, the BOD removal rate can reach 95% -99%, the nitrogen removal rate can reach about 90%, and the phosphorus removal efficiency can reach about 50% (if iron salts are appropriately added to remove phosphorus) Efficiency up to 95%);

3. The overhead jet aeration tower treatment system is an aerobic biochemical treatment unit for wastewater. The pump uses aspirated air for aeration, eliminating blast aeration, saving investment costs, and avoiding noise pollution caused by blower aeration. . Dyeing wastewater treatment technology

I. Overview

The wastewater produced by the printing and dyeing industry has the characteristics of large amount of water, high concentration of organic pollutants, deep chroma, large alkalinity, large changes in water quality, and complex components. It is one of the more difficult industrial wastewater to treat. The main object of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment is alkaline Organic matter, dyes and toxic substances that are not easy to biodegrade or have a very slow rate of biodegradation, especially this year due to the development of chemical fiber fabrics, the rise of artificial silk and the improvement of finishing technology after printing and dyeing, making PVA pulp, rayon alkali Difficult biodegradable organic compounds such as dissolving substances and new auxiliaries enter printing and dyeing wastewater in large quantities, and the COD concentration rises sharply. Therefore, research and screening of microorganisms used to degrade difficult-to-bioorganic organisms has become the key to the success of printing and dyeing wastewater.

Second, processing technology

According to the characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater in recent years, a combination of physicochemical and biochemical treatment processes are mostly used. Biochemical is mainly used for the removal of COD and BOD, and physicochemical is mainly used for the removal of color, suspended matter and non-biodegradable COD.

1. Hydrolytic acidification tank and aerobic biochemical tank are adopted, which are the main procedures and facilities in wastewater treatment. Before the aerobic biochemical treatment, a hydrolytic acidification tank is used, which is determined by the water quality of the printing and dyeing wastewater. The difficult-to-degrade substances in the wastewater are decomposed into small molecular substances in the hydrolytic acidification tank, which provides better biochemical conditions for subsequent processing;

2. The SBR process equipment is simple in construction, eliminating the secondary settling tank and sludge return system, compact layout, low capital construction and operating costs; it has ideal characteristics of a push flow reactor in time, and it has the effect of fluctuations in the quality of incoming water Good adaptability, good sludge sedimentation performance, no need to increase sludge return system;

3. The two processes have good treatment effects, and the chroma removal rate can reach 96%; the sludge moisture content is low, about 97% -98%; and the effluent can meet the national discharge standard.


Electroplating wastewater treatment technology

I. Overview

Electroplating wastewater originates from cleaning of plating parts, plating solution filtration, and non-plating solution during the production process of electroplating. Due to the different functional requirements of plating parts, there are many types of plating species, plating solution components, operating methods, and process conditions. Corresponding substances brought into the electroplating wastewater have become more complicated. The main pollutants in the wastewater are all kinds of metal ions, common are chromium, copper-nickel, sodium carbonate, etc .; some plating solutions also use other substances such as pigments, most of which are organic; in addition, in the substrate of plated parts The impurities, such as grease and oil stains, which were rinsed out during the pretreatment process, were also brought into the electroplating wastewater.

Second, processing technology

Electroplating wastewater treatment methods include chemical methods such as ferrite method, chemical reduction method, barium salt method, etc .; physical chemistry, ion exchange method, electrolytic method, activated carbon adsorption method, etc .; physical methods such as evaporation distillation method, membrane separation method, Crystallization. At present, the chemical treatment method is mainly used, which has the characteristics of mature technology, stable technology, convenient debugging and good processing effect. Our company conducts a detailed analysis of wastewater quality and determines different treatment processes to meet the requirements of various manufacturers. The main technical basic points are:

1. Acid and alkali wastewater treatment should first be treated by neutralizing the acid and alkali waste liquids in our factory and workshop, and then consider the neutralization of reagents to adjust the wastewater to the selected pH range. According to the actual use situation, for acid and alkali wastewater containing heavy metal ions such as iron, copper nickel, zinc, etc., generally the heavy metal ions in the wastewater can be discharged after the pH is controlled in the range of 8-9;

2. The chromium-containing wastewater is reduced by precipitation, that is, under acidic conditions, sulfite is added to reduce the hexavalent chromium in the wastewater to trivalent chromium, and then alkali is added to adjust the pH value of the wastewater to form chromium hydroxide precipitation. Separation and purification of wastewater. Commonly used sulfites include sodium sulfite, sodium metabisulfite, and the like. The advantage is that the treated water can reach the discharge standard, and the chromium hydroxide can be recycled. The equipment and operation are simple;

3. The cyanide-containing wastewater adopts the alkaline chlorination method. The * stage is incomplete oxidation. Under alkaline conditions, sodium hypochlorite is added to oxidize cyanide to cyanate. In the second stage, it is completely oxidized. The cyanate is further oxidized and decomposed into Carbon dioxide and nitrogen. According to the formulations of various cyanide electroplating baths, in addition to free cyanide, cyanide-containing wastewater also contains cyanide complexes of various metals, so after cyanogen breaking, the alkali can be adjusted to adjust the pH value, so that these metals can be precipitated. Separated from wastewater. Therefore, the treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater also includes the treatment of heavy metal ions.
